| As a case manager, Ms. Chamchot coordinates dynamic committees which include students, their families, and teachers, to create customized education plans that address the individual needs of the student. She ensures that diverse learners have opportunities to develop their unique abilities and achieve academic success, all within a supportive, inclusive environment. At Garza, Ms. Chamchot appreciates the small class sizes, self-paced design, and fascinating students she gets to know. Outside of school, she enjoys a peaceful, rural home life featuring incredible Texas sunsets. |

| Megan Hoover graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art. She’s taught Art and Sculpture and has a passion for working in Special Education. She is determined to help students prepare for their future. She lives in Austin with her family. |

| I graduated from Garza and have been contributing to education in AISD since 2019. Working in schools brings me joy as I get to meet and engage with a diverse group of students. I am excited to be a part of Garza once again and look forward to inspiring students just like I was inspired during my time in school. |
