Hello Garza Parents!

As you may have heard, Garza is having a prom! It will be on May 10th from 7:00-10:00 p.m. in the Garza Gym and Cafeteria.

 If your student is interested in bringing a guest from another school to prom they MUST be below the age of 21 and a guest form will be required to fill out and signed by an administrator at the other school. Guest forms will be available at the same time and place as tickets. For this to be a magical night for all, we need your help! We will need decoration donations, volunteers to set up/tear down, as well as chaperones. There are a multitude of ways that you can help out on behalf of the students here at Garza. 

The first way that you can help is by sending in a Cash or Check donation. If you would like to contribute in this way, please send your donation in an envelope including your name and address in order for us to give you a receipt. You may give this donation to your student to give directly to the prom committee.

A second way that you can support us is by purchasing something off of our amazon registry linked HERE. Anything you buy from this list will go directly to the school and help make our prom dreams a reality!

Another way for you to help us is to volunteer your time and energy. We are in great need of people to help us set up and clean up the prom, as well as people to chaperone and help out during the event. We are so appreciative of anyway that you can support us and our prom. Prom would genuinely not be possible without all the support, donations, and volunteer interest we have received from parents and staff. Y’all really have helped to make our dreams come true, and by supporting us, you will have a hand in the creation of so many memories that will last a lifetime for so many students.
